Abies procera 'Delbar Cascade'

   The original plant of 'Delbar Cascade' can be seen in front of the home of Delbert and Barbara Hupp, owners of Drakes Crossng Nursery. They discovered this plant as a seedling growing in one of their Christmas tree fields near Silverton, Oregon.

It grows straight up and all of the branches hang vertically along the trunk of the tree. It has dark green foliage and makes a very attractive specimen.

It was named for Delbert (Del) and Barbara (bar) and its cascading growth habit.
